With so many flower-notes in this arrangement, it would have to be Jazz, huh? I'd just left a musical friend of mine to head home on my bike, when I passed this very beautiful Japanese Magnolia in bloom. We are blooming everywhere! It's January...well, February today, but still. I turned around from the middle of the street after taking my shots and a young woman said: "They match the color of your bike." I chuckled and went on thinking...these are pink...grape jelly is purple...who cares?

You sound despondent Evelyn...it really shouldn't be spring here yet, but according to other friends and my brother...it was the same last year-basically no winter! Weird for me after spending frozen winters in Europe!
