In addition to the overall results from the Pre/Post Knowledge piece and the session evaluation, it was interesting to note the number of participants whose score increased on the Pre/Post Instrument used to measure where participants were prior to the workshop and where they were after completing the workshop. Everyone who turned in an instrument indicated that there would be an increase in their use of measuring success in supervision.
