I love them-they really do have everything you could need all in one spot...maybe we should all do a Monoprix commercial!

Evelyn Jackson

Oh sure...Monoprix is great! There was one right around the corner from the Hotel Madison where I stayed in 2007. I think I bought wine, cheese and a corkscrew there.

Have you ever been to the Monoprixs there Evelyn? They are a definite favorite of mine and Kat's...I look for my tights every chance I get but the dogs and cats (quite correctly not on the same pair but separated for safety's sake) don't seem to be around anymore. I'll let you know if I find any!

Evelyn Jackson

Tights with cats and dogs?? Gotta have a pair. I'll add Monoprix to my 'to do' list!

Laury Bourgeois

Boy Kat, I really missed it on that one-how could I forget our favorite Monoprix! It might be about time for some new tights...I wonder if they still have the ones with the dogs and cats that were such a hit with the TSA when I was passing through airport security?

Kathleen Bourgeois

Monoprix!

Mon Dieu-how could I forget about Ste. Chapelle Evelyn? I'm really hoping there is a concert in St. Merri because it is one of my favorites-and then crepes at the Crepe Beaubourg...I'm ready!

Evelyn Jackson

A weekend in Paris...definitely music. I'd check the Cluny (my personal favorite museum) and Ste. Chappelle first to see if any concerts are scheduled there. Maybe the Dutch/Flemish galleries at the Lourve (they've been closed my last two visits and I feel the need for Vermeer!)Crepes at my favorite creperie on Place Stavinsky and a quick visit to Eglise St. Merri (another favorite...I love the name)St. Sulpice for Sunday Mass and the organ concert afterwards. Dinner at Bistrot du Henri on rue Princess. Walk, walk, walk and just soak Paris into my pores!

Laury Bourgeois

I don't think mine will be quite so leisurely Anne-thanks for staying in touch!

I would meet up with my friends... find a lovely coffee shop in the Marais and chat..have a lovely walk along the Seine, and just take it all in!

Have a wonderful time with your friend, take it easy.
