Finding Old Friends in Stone

Last time I was here, I fell in love with this sculpture/fountain in the park across the street from our home away from home. The beauty and the sweet nurturing scene still speak to me. As I walk to work from time to time, I've made new discoveries along the route that I missed the last assignment when all I did was drive. Have you ever wondered what wonderful things you're missing as you fly down the road? Our views change dramatically when we leave our cars behind and venture out on foot, by bike, or by bus. Although I don't take my camera with me to work, I did go out last weekend and walk the route so I could get some shots of all the places and things that spoke to me along the way. I'll be sharing them with you over the next few days.
