I can see M. Winkelmann smiling from all the way over here. I'm sure he's happy to have you play him and give him a little work out. The piano here had no flourish of the beautiful Angelus Winkelmann that is found at the base of the sound board when you open him up.

I play M. Winkelmann a little. He keeps asking where you are and generally sniffs like the old aristocrat he is at the pathetically easy pieces I play. Although I give him a bit of a challenge with Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1...he can't tell it's really only slightly difficult.
