You might think this is just any buddleia shrub. What you wouldn't know from this view out my window to the lower terrace, is that it is almost two stories tall. I love them. They are so happy here. Oh, I'm not complaining. We'll make do. There are alternatives. But why is it that so much of good things always come with a sacrifice or two!

Don't worry Wend-they're not going anywhere! I love them (and the butterflies) way too much. I wish you were here in the flesh too...but you'll be happy to know you are here in spirit and in "flower"-remember the tiny pink climbing rose you had in a barrel that you gave me a cutting of before you sold the house? Well, it is growing in the lower garden against the house near the buddleia. It's a little slow, but gradually climbing more each year. Hugs and kisses to you and the kids-Miss you too-Laury

Ohhhh! But the butterflies that bounce around these flowers make them all worthwhile! Thinking of you and miss you terribly! Wish I was there!
