As if you didn't get enough of our guys posed in every environ of the Chatette last Halloween, they're back. Our three seed sources here, must have been pretty fertile fellas. We got the seeds out as I was carving to put on the ancient evier in the piano room to dry. Evelyn graciously put them (lots of them) in an envelope for me to plant in spring. Instead of spring, I made it out with them in June. I used half-gave Jean the other half-even though she told me she'd seen most of the farmers with blooming plants already. I love having my own pumpkins for Halloween. And-We are sprouting!
I'm guessing you mean the guy on the left? When those beautiful trumpet plants die, the stalks are hard, hollow, meander and are very "interesting" looking. I have 2 or 3 around that I keep intending to do something "arty" with. Hope all is well-Laury
