It's hard to believe, but every rose bush in my rose garden has new growth and buds ready to bloom. The bunch in this photo, came from Mike and Drew's bush that boasts multiple pink roses in almost bouquets. I thought the last round was the final round, but this season they seem to just keep coming. I mentioned before, that this is the first spring/summer season that I haven't returned to the states. I was here to "tend my garden". I guess there's something to all that watering, deadheading, and spraying for bugs. Plus, the summer wasn't as hot or dry as past summers. Everything is still very green and pretty-I'm even enjoying the aroma of freshly mown grass that is amazingly emerald green in color! I'll take as many rounds of roses and aromas of freshly cut emerald green grass as I can get!
