Chèrs Michel et Andrè-we all love the colors. You know me well, I've already pondered a "Traveling Merci Lady" photo collage somewhere in here leading up to the thousandth post on the blog. I'm sure she would love to protect Andrè on his next fire wood foray. Things had gotten so crazy with stuff in the states that I was beginning to think that I might ought to put her in bed with Dali, Sam and I to keep reminding me of all that I have and all there is to be grateful for in my life. You and Andrè are two very big gratefuls on that list! Love Lots, Laury, Dali, Sam and St. Therese of Lisieux...my Merci Lady!
Laury,
I like the pictures of the Merci Lady outdoors. I bet she enjoys being out in the beautiful countryside of the Lot once in a while where she can show off all her colors in the sunshine! Maybe you should move her around a bit. Let her hang out in the barn, and on the wagon under the umbrella near the lavoir. I know she would be a welcome sight at night in the chatette's tunnel where the bats/vampires pass through on their way to and from the chateau. Andre still talks about being scared when he went down there with a candle to get some firewood. Maybe next time he can carry her for security! ;-)
