Pulling my poppy pictures together for yesterday's post, I remembered this overalls shot of me that a friend took in a stunning nearby poppy field. It wasn't with the rest of the photos, so I had to hunt for it. Once I found it, I went to hell with myself. I played around with some different treatments below, but ended up just using the original as a new profile picture on Facebook. Lots of Lot fun!

I thought you'd enjoy it Niels! Evelyn said the same thing about taking my overalls to New Orleans for the JazzFest. Dancing in them is wonderful-using a port-o-let in them...much less fun. I'm actually thinking of a short, frilly, gauzy dress I have but I'll wear it with my patched blue jean jacket. The jacket is perfect for sitting on the grass and enjoying the music, and it's easy to just tie around my waist and keep moving when it gets hot. New Orleans Jazz Festing has a science all its own!
