Wine and Waning Light

With friends in from out of town, I knew I wanted to have a wine at the wagon, but when? Sunday was my last chance, et voila...it squeezed in between morning coffees, shops and a scheduled telephone call back to the states at 7. We did our kiss-kisses as everyone headed back up the hill home, and I just left everything that wasn't spoilable and went in to make my call to my friend. I would have gladly just left everything there after my call, but was glad I didn't. The waning sun was shining on the barn doors so beautifully that once I finished picking up, I came back with my camera. Catching these moments is magic!

Of course, I knew the answer to that question! I believe that minimalist wardrobes are the only way to travel when you can. It's going to be fun for me to have another overalls clad person in my presence around here! Love, Laury

Hi Laury, yes, indeed, it is going to be an overalls over all vacation, in my 2 favorite well worn baggy overalls, which also will be my minimalistic wardrobe down to you and the Pyrenees together with a few t-shirts etc. in my backpack, and I enjoy every minute as well here in the farmhouse, love Niels

Thanks Niels-it just "felt" so pretty in that light...a pretty to feel and not just see. You know with the overalls stuff, I don't worry about the rest of them-if I did I wouldn't celebrate at all. it's fantastic how light in short moments can give flowers an additional beauty and vice versa ! and I have an idea for solving your trouble with overalls weekend, ask people choose and show up in their most comfortable clothes, so everybody feels free and comfy, no matter what kind of taste everyone has ! have a nice Wednesday, love niels
