Christmas Creation Occupation

If you were to pass by 2617 Columbus Street in New Orleans, you would find my Christmas Creation hanging on a tension rod from my flag pole holder. Unable to find a pretty holiday flag on my shopping adventures, I went to work to make my own. I now love Dollar General stores. I discovered these too cute, felt gift bags for a dollar (5), a box of multi-colored bells for a dollar, a spool of sparkly snowman red ribbon for a dollar, and then the curtain tension rod for $3. So for just $10, I got a fun flag that can be dismantled and useful later on if I choose. Our seasonal magic is already stirring on Columbus Street, as we look forward to ringing in the New Year together for the first time since 2005-2006!
