Hooray for International Overalls Weekend...

Not at my best after an all day drive from St. Louis to New Orleans the day before, my brother grabbed this shot of me on the front porch of their new house on Benjamin Street in New Orleans. Good thing I wore my pink ones on Thursday, because after two days of workshops Friday and Saturday I'm pretty tired and may just stay in my pajamas all day today to rest and gear up for the rest of the week. It's wonderful to have mostly empty days prior to my return to St. Louis on Friday. I now know that I will be staying in St. Louis till the week between Christmas and New Years and will then drive a truck, furniture, Dal, Sam and myself back to New Orleans to finally be able to settle in before I start working. It's nice to not be dangling so much and know that we will be with my folks for Christmas before moving on and settling in process in New Orleans.

Hi Laury, great to see you in your pink overalls ! and I think perhaps the overalls celebration has seen its best days, as I comment in my blog, perhaps we have done our work to promote overalls and say, it's ok to have overalls as your primary attire and then it is not special any more ! on the other hand, we should not cancel the party plans for NO next year, if we can work it out ! we will see, life will show us !! love Niels, 9 days back in Tromsø !
