Arriving in New Orleans on Wednesday evening, it was wonderful to be with Stew, Eric and Louie boy. It was great to be able to decompress, relax, catch up, and know that once it got dark no one in the house thought I was nuts when I was ready to crawl under the covers and read. I awoke on Thursday morning, feeling like a sane person for the first time since I locked the doors on the Chatette on October 22. I am certainly slipping back in here. There is a familiarity and flow that makes here easy for me. At the moment...easy is good. Working Friday and Saturday felt like vacation. My ongoing refrain whether it's my parents, or Columbus Street is "Remember why you are here, Laury!" So far, it's working. I'm grateful to have discovered a St. Therese of Lisieux here with my guys, who is almost as pretty as the one I have at the Chatette. Thanks to everyone who has already made this a charmed visit for me!
Aw Sam-thanks! I'm glad you enjoy them-Your kisses have been forwarded. I miss you too! I'll be back for good for a while between Christmas and NY so yes, yes, yes...oui, oui, oui-we must get together when you are in town-Love, Laury
