Are you still looking for accomodations for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, or have you just started? I'd like to share my home this year. I'm here and looking forward to celebrating! We are located at 2617 Columbus Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.
I have two bedrooms available with private baths. One has a double bed and the other a twin, with lots of light, roomy common space and kitchen available as well.
It might be important to know that I have a dog, Dali and a cat Sam, so if you are allergic or don't absolutely love dogs and cats, please don't contact me. I do have wifi with easy access, a stereo, but not one television in the place.
We have a large fenced-in back yard, with ample off-street parking to protect your vehicles. From one half block off Broad Street on the Fairgrounds side, you can also easily catch the Broad Streeet or Esplanade buses. We are a mile from the French Quarter, an easy walk to City Park, Bayou St. John and around the corner from the Jazz Fest.

I'm handling this first-come first served and basing my decisions on a case by case basis in terms of dates, number of people and being able to negotiate something that works for everyone.
