Bonjour Michel-Kat said you had a very nice visit with them. I'm glad.I am still recovering and totally exhausted with everything. I didn't even blog yesterday...I will try to move on and get back on track a little better today. Thanks for being there and being such a good friend-Love Lots, Laury

Laury,

Hope you are safely back in NOLA. I have always loved those large drawings by Jim too. They capture the spirit and character if the house in great detail. Even the "Block Home" sign is in the window! It's interesting to compare the drawings with current day to see what has changed...the shutters, the first floor rear porch addition, landscaping, etc. But much is the same.

I'm glad the drawings will be hanging in their home away from home. The address of 411 even relates to the new one...4+1+1=6

Take care, Michel
