Most of this year's hoiliday has been about "lighting up", making do with what I have, and making NOT buying gifts. It began with potholders, moved on to bookmarks and wrapped up with "lighting up" my photography.
I can't take credit for the technique, but the photos are certainly mine. Kat has been making these sweet votive lit photos and designs for years. After a quick lesson over the phone, and a Dollar Tree near home that cooperated with these tiny, battery powered votives; I went to work. Kat and I love doing stuff like this. We tease all the time about going into business together...maybe it's time to at least put a toe in the water. If we do, you'll be the first to know!
