... a day in overalls and a glass (or two) of Cahors wine with friends on the terrace at the President in Cajarc!

same here, I kinda of get some more strength when you write about overalls, may sound stupid, but that's how it is. I cannot wait to get home in our farmhouse in 8 days from now, starting our new life, probably both in our new fancy clothes, coveralls! Bodil may even also get a pair since they are so good in our windy and cold climate in Denmark making it possible for us to get out no matter how the weather is! Bodil is coming to Tromsø tomorrow for the official reception for me and I'll wear my black dressy overalls!:)
Oh you've made my day Niels-it's wonderful what the support and love of friends can do. I still remember your descriptions of the wonderful aromas as you and Bodil returned home from Cajarc down the railroad tracks. Such a pretty picture! Love to you both-Laury
I would love to join you at thePresident for sure, still remember Cajarc and how the street goes round and round, love from Tromsø, now only 8 days before the official day of retirement and start of a new career as writer and gardener, so Laury the future is you, Bodils and our chance to do what we really want, including coming down to Cajarc and Cadrieu and walk along the tracks, still remembering the smell on that walk
