With the rain stopped and late lunch/dinner over, I assessed the rest of my evening until the train and headed out to the Rodin Museum. I knew that the museum was open until 8pm on Wedesdays, and looked forward to making a quick trip.
My quick trip became "quicker" when the back-pack issue reared its head once more. I understand the reasoning for checking back-packs. What I have an issue with is that you go through various check points and not once are you told that you will have to check your pack. My pack was searched at the entrance and I was allowed to pass. At the ticket desk I was allowed to pass with no questions. I'm ready to walk into the museum and another person walks over and says I must check my pack.I cooperated of course, but then it was hot, crowded, and since I'd been there before; I decided to gather my pack and go out and sit in the gardens for a bit before heading on to my next stop. I sat with The Thinker. I wonder what he thinks about back-packs?
