Yesterday's post about demonstrators in our residential neighborhood of Ferguson evoked a lot of attention and comment from friends and family on Facebook. Until Wednesday, it seemed that mostly residential areas had been off limits to protestors. That changed on Wednesday night.
Interestingly, Thursday evening held a beautiful full moon over Elizabeth through the trees. Returning from a trip to Barns and Noble, my sister and her husband returned home down Florissant Road in front of the police station. The protestors usually hold down the street side of the parking lot of Andy Wurm Tires. There was not a soul to be seen.
