Shortly, Sammie Cat and I will begin our sojourn home. We're flying out through Atlanta and will arrive in Paris around 8am Wednesday morning their time. We'll taxi from Charles DeGaulle to the hotel that is just across the street from the train station. That means I'm not trying to haul Sam on the RER B and that we actually have a little time to rest and she can get out of her carrier. If it were just me, I'd go pretty much straight through. We catch an early morning train out of the Gare d'Austerlitz, with hopes that our 1:05 Cahors arrival will put us into the Gare de Cahors on time to catch the 1:25 bus home to the Chatette. If not, there's another at 5:30, but wouldn't it be wonderful if the travel gods were with us and all connections matched and made perfectly? We shall see-We can't wait.
I'll be back when I've settled at the Chatette! Team Cadrieu has gone to work for me again...Patrick, Christiane and Evelyn make my arrival home a HUGE BIENVENUE and as stress free as possible after those many many hours on the road.
A Bientot Y'all!
Thanks, David...I am and we are! We are in Paris, exhausted but happy! Early train home tomorrow morning and we can't wait! Lots of Love to you-Laury and Sam
