Yesterday's "walk in the hood" was particularly special and enjoyable after all that rain. I had poubelle to take up to the bins, 4 letters to the states, and a note to drop off in the mailbox of one of the vernissage artists. Even so, it was overcast and I kept thinking it might rain any minute.
It didn't!
With that rain, everything looked greener than usual and sometimes seemed to have a softer look. Once I got home to look at these photos, many of them looked more like paintings AND I'd gone to hell with myself in the Queen Anne's Lace department.
There seemed to be a wider range of stages and color out than usual too!
It was a wonderful walk that I needed to get me revved up to cut the grass, and start my day with beauty, color and...EXERCISE!
Happy Thursday!
