When I went to bed last night here in Cadrieu, I knew that there was a White Supremacist march scheduled for Charlottesville, Virginia. This morning, I woke up to the horrific news and happenings there. I am once more speechless. I have a very difficult time putting words to the daily happenings in the USA.
Today I need to feel the flowers and hug my Sam, while I keep working to get ready for the vernissage coming up.
I continue to try to find the words to explain something that is unexplainable and make sense of something that is not understandable. It's exhausting.
There's way too much of that these days.
I wish you a peaceful Sunday.

Oh Larry-you always make me feel so wonderfully talented. HUGE MERCI-I think you're right about photogrpaphy for so many reasons. The other thing about photography that I like is that it truly is accessible to the masses. It's wonderful to have a mutual admiration society. Spent today getting the rest of the iron work done on the house. Tomorrow on to the terrace again and maybe varnishing...we shall see. Lots of Love back to you and Peanuts from me and Sammie Cat!

My Dear Laury, You are a really good photographer. Your photographs often capture sweet fleeting moments and memories which tell more about you than a litany of words. Someone once asked, (on Facebook), which are the 10 most important inventions ever: aside from all the miraculous vaccines, advancements in science etc....I suggested that photography should be toward the top of the list. It requires very little thought to realize that truth. I hope your day is great. (Sammie's too). Larry & Peanuts
