Wandering up to St.Etienne in Cajarc the other day, I knew it was going to be a little different visit than usual. This trip I was pulled inside to be grateful for my wonderful friends, but also to stir the healing energy and power that is needed when so many of them are facing illness, debilitating stress, and loss of loved ones.
I lit my big candle with St.Therese of Lisieux as always, and then sat awhile to visualize each and all and sent as much positive energy their ways as I could muster.
There seemed to be three of her that day. Good thing! I needed all the help I could get!
In fact, I wandered and asked everyone for help.
I don't ask for help well. It's easy for me to say thank you, yet so much harder to ACCEPT and ASK for help. But this day, it was important. This is when it's even more difficult to be so far away.
I felt their swirling energy and support.
I began to feel like I had a team, even though St. Therese will always be in charge for me.
I will never remember everyone's name.
There are so many old friends and new additions that I noticed this time around.
Saints, light, space, and loving spirits; make a solitary empty chair seem not so empty.
Gratefulness and healing intentions are flowing.
Happy Friday!
