With summer temperatures predicted to hit 100F here again next week, I've been on a mission to get the grass cut. So much for missions. Jane called yesterday and we were off to Villefranche early. I figured why not, I have this morning.
The sunrise came up so rosie that everything was bathed in pink and I almost expected to see a rainbow.
I grabbed a few shots and had some fun and then the rain began.
Ah, but there is sun now so it's overalls and hiking boots time.
My goal is to do the main areas over by the barn, wagon and lavoir. We shall see.
I do know that a glass of that rose pamplemousse in the shot above will be waiting for me with lots of ice!
I tease often about NOT needing rose color glasses. Even in our very rosiness this morning, I still found myself applying the rose filter to a couple of these photos. Off to cut...Enjoy!
Happy Saturday!
