Ever since I was a tiny girl, I loved rocks. Little did I know, that I would grow up to be a woman who had more rocks that she knew what to do with and lived surrounded by them.
The stone speaks to me!
I listen, and I can hear it!
I love touching the stone around here.
I am right where I'm supposed to be. So, as much as I knew I needed to pull weeds and did, it was the stone that called my name. Better to do something I love and am excited about, than to labor away in frustration if I don't have to!
The stone has served as my carrot to keep working these crazy days.
The thing is that this whole cliff has been cleared in the past, so I know what it can look like and how beautiful it is when cleared.
We are on the road!
I think I enjoy it more because I see more visible results, plus sometimes just pulling and touching/wiping with my own hands makes for a successful easy effort.
I needed to communicate with the stone to get excited again about all I want to do and know I can do.
It may be petit a petit, but I'm even looking forward to the process. These last two shots from the past clearing will show you why!
Happy Friday!
