I regularly look over at the land in front of the barn and around the lavoir and think how wonderful it looks when it is kept up. I also realized that with a few days of no rain and sunshine, I might actually be able to get a little head start before everything goes totally crazy out behind the Chatette.
I decided to wander around and see what I felt like doing, if anything.
Surprise, surprise!
I actually cut the wagon's former spot (the rest was not so bad), pruned some brambles along the tracks, pruned back some buddleias, and pondered what I might actually want to do today.
It felt good to know that I could get a little head start and begin to see some progress.
It's so beautiful back there and I always discover things that tickle my spirit and soul of gratefulness.
Happy Sunday!
