I try to practice what I preach...not just talk the talk, but walk the walk as they say. When I'm working with clients who are struggling, we often talk about acting or doing "as if". You're looking for freedom...DO something that makes you feel free. You need help in "letting go"...DO somethng that feels like letting go to you. I already know that I feel free whenever I'm riding my bike. It can be in City Park here in New Orleans, or along the Lot in France...freedom reigns. I feel even freer when I ride my bike free-handed. I found myself riding my bike free-handed down Lelong early yesterday morning. In a flash, my arms were extended over my head, shaking off all the issues that were bothering me. I've discovered another great way to let go...that doesn't involve falling into the Lot! What do you do to help yourself feel free and let go?
