Softening Stress

You know you're heading in to a time that is full of stress. What to do? I've written before about Auntie Anne's, Krispie Cremes, and retail therapy at Anthropologie, but this trip to St. Louis is going to require a little something extra. I want to have somethng more to look forward to than continuing to work on the assisted living saga with my folks. None of it is easy. My sister Kat is living it up closer than the rest of us. We are all supportive in our own ways, the best we can be, but she is there. We will probably still do our Galleria run, but I've asked to take a side trip to see the Clydesdales. I love them. They make me smile. Clydesdale therapy might be born!
