There are lots of ways to start the New Year off right. For some it's: resolutions, special wisdom, special words or photos. For me this year, it's a story...a story of seeds of friendship, spirits and gifts.
Our world is changing so fast, with no settling in sight, that even being in the moment can be a challenge. I struggle. I sort. I try to make sense of it all. Then, wham, bam alacazam...something happens to bring everything into crystal clear focus. It's a little bit O. Henry's Gift of the Magi, a little bit of Nat King Cole's Out of an Orange Colored Sky, some New Orleans, and a lot of Mike, John and Momie.
Today is a tease for tomorrow. I hope you will return for tomorrow's story! Happy New Year to All!
