I must confess that in the midst of all the wonderful French cheese that you will experience when you come to the Chatette for workshops; you will also come to discover the "Apericube". These tasty, tiny, foil-wrapped cheese bites are made by the Laughing Cow people. They are easy, fun, and dress up any apero table. I have a 4-partitioned, heavy plastic, red Dansk tray that I like to load up with nuts, olives, apericubes, and saucissons for a quick, spur of the moment apero with friends. In France, it's always good to keep these items on hand. You just never know when you or your neighbors might be so moved! Happy Saturday-I'm sure there's an apero happening somewhere in Cadrieu today!

Didn't we ever have any while you and Tom visited? They've broadened their flavor varieties and gone a bit over the top with exotic, but I like the basil-tomato and the onion. The blue cheese and ham ones aren't bad either. For me, they're more fun than "delicacy"-I've watched a friend of mine over there eat each and every one that came in the packet-they remind me of the Easter chocolates wrapped in foil, but they're cheese! Love you-Moi
