Today I'm posting the results for the last in the series of three workshops that I offered on behalf of the Tulane School of Social Work over March 28, and 29. For those of us who are already Board Approved Clinical Supervisors, we must have 3 hours of Clinical Supervision to continue our designation. This workshop meets that requirement.
As I've mentioned before, measuring success with our clients and our supervisees in important. This workshop focuses on just this issue. In addition to the usual evaluative instruments, I add in a third that measures where participants are NOW in how they measure success with their supervisees, and where they see themselves being in the FUTURE after attending this workshop. Pre/Post test scores for this item indicated that every participant plans to do more in the future. Bravo!
