Look closely. I don't generally try to recreate New Orleans in Cadrieu, but with friends coming over for an early light dinner; I was pondering poor boys and salads. Then, it hit me. What famous New Orleans sandwich am I going to try to make here in Cadrieu on Wednesday night? The contents in the bowl above are marinating nicely.
