Searching for the Napoleon House Muffuletta recipe the other day, I went straight to Google and had great success! It didn't occur to me that I could have the recipe in reach and in my hot little hands in a matter of moments. I have this wonderful Napoleon House book upstairs in the common room that is surrounded by both bedrooms and the bath. It rests under one of my favorite pieces by Louis Sahuc of a Napoleon House encounter between Mr. Joe and a friend.
I pulled the book out to rest on the table Muffuletta night, so my friends could take a peek at the place and see why I love it so much. Cleaning up yesterday, I flipped through the pages before I took it upstairs and roared...there inside was the recipe, along with many other Napoleon House delicacies and drinks. It never crossed my mind to open the book again. Hmmm, maybe more opportunities for Napoleon House nights at the Chatette. Care to join me?
